Early Years Foundation Stage

This product supports school to implement a bespoke EYFS curriculum for nursery and reception-age pupils which focuses on embedding essential, foundational mathematical knowledge and concepts. It includes:

• A review of the provision for maths,

• A model Early Years teaching and learning policy for Maths including medium term planning

• Training for teachers and teaching assistants including examples of best practice EYFS Maths planning

• Support with pedagogy and evaluation of its impact 

• Guidance on transition from EYFS to the National Curriculum in Year 1.
